Composite Wing Rib Replacements

A customer asked if we could manufacture replacement wing ribs out of composites. Our answer was... of course!

The wing ribs were damaged in a landing incident and beyond repair. They were considered to be unobtainium and would be an expensive exercise to manufacture metal replacements. We were able to design and manufacture two replacement tips within a week for the aircraft whilst repairing the wing tips themselves.
