Manufacturing
ACA has the ability to manufacture a large range of composite parts for your airfraft. In cases where ACA does not already have a mould for your part, ACA can create a mould from your damaged part and manufacture a new part for you.
ACA has the ability to create metal components through our close networking with companies. These parts can be release under ACA Quality System to be fitted onto your aircraft.

Projects
ACA has inhouse design engineers and has a close working relationship with The Aeronautical Design Service for all CASA Part21.M approvals and certifications. We enjoy all new ideas and are willing to work with you to get your projects from the paper and onto your aircraft.
ACA can manufacture carbon fiber agricultural belly tanks for Robinson R44/R66, Bell 206L/407 aircraft and can custom build one to suit your whatever your aircraft requires.
Custome Cabinets and Galleys
ACA can help you design and manufacture custom composite and sheet metal cabinets and galleys to fit your needs. We have built and supplied units for aircraft from Beech 200 to DHC-8 and Fokker F100 aircraft.
We have also designed and built custom carbon fiber air compressor packs for aircraft medical applications.
